Hypnosis
in simple terms

Hypnosis is a safe and natural way of using your mind to focus on the things you want to change or achieve. It’s a simple and effective way of using your attention and imagination which have a powerful influence over your feelings, thoughts, and actions.

Being hypnotized is very similar to travelling on a train or a bus and being relaxed, engrossed in the landscape… time goes by without your noticing.  External sounds and conversations of those around you seem like indistinct noises and chatter from afar.  You are awake, completely focused on that scenery, reliving memories, or creating new ones in your limitless imagination.

Are there any special skills required to be hypnotized?  No, anyone can be hypnotized if they agree to it, and no special skills are required.  A good attitude, motivation and positive expectation set the groundwork for a desired outcome.  It's all about concentrating, thinking along and letting go.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire universe, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution."     Albert Einstein

✓ It is not like tv or stage hypnosis, the purpose of which is to entertain.

✓ You cannot be made to do anything against your will.

✓ Does it mean I’m weak-willed or gullible ? Definitely not; if anything good hypnotic subjects tend to be more intelligent and less gullible than average.

✓ It is not a state of mind control. No one can get stuck in hypnosis.

✓ The hypnotist is not in control, your are!
